Our comprehensive 21-point maintenance includes: visual inspection of all components, spring tension testing and adjustment, cable examination, track cleaning and alignment check, roller bearing inspection, hinge lubrication, safety sensor testing and alignment, auto-reverse function testing, weather seal inspection, hardware tightening, chain/belt lubrication (opener), and complete operation testing. You'll receive a detailed service report with recommendations.

While maintenance dramatically reduces unexpected failures, garage door springs and other components have finite lifespans (springs: 10,000-30,000 cycles, depending on rating). However, our inspections identify components nearing end-of-life, allowing you to replace them proactively on your schedule rather than during an emergency. This planning approach saves money and prevents inconvenience.

Plans range from basic annual service to comprehensive quarterly programs for high-use doors. Our maintenance members also receive reminder calls before each service visit and seasonal preparation tips.
